Restaurant Manager Job Available!

  • Coordinate daily general restaurant operations

  • Deliver superior service to maximize guest satisfaction

  • Respond efficiently and accurately to guest comments, concerns and complaints in house

  • Monitor staff performance and provide feedback on ways to improve

  • Ensure full compliance with sanitation and safety regulations

  • Create weekly reports on revenue, labor costs and topics for discussion during leadership meetings

  • Implement policies and protocols that will maintain and improve future restaurant operations

  • Maintain a comfortable, positive and welcoming working environment within the restaurant

  • Work to ensure restaurant is meeting and/or exceeding set goals and expectations
